1. Well-written:
1a. the prose is clear, concise, and understandable to an appropriately broad audience; spelling and grammar are correct. All comments below have been addressed.
1b. it complies with the Manual of Style guidelines for lead sections, layout, words to watch, fiction, and list incorporation. Layout is correct, and all sections are properly constructed.
2. Verifiable with no original research:

3. Broad in its coverage:
3a. it addresses the main aspects of the topic.
3b. it stays focused on the topic without going into unnecessary detail (see summary style).
4. Neutral: it represents viewpoints fairly and without editorial bias, giving due weight to each.
5. Stable: it does not change significantly from day to day because of an ongoing edit war or content dispute.
6. Illustrated, if possible, by media such as images, video, or audio:
6a. media are tagged with their copyright statuses, and valid non-free use rationales are provided for non-free content. All photos have proper licensing.
6b. media are relevant to the topic, and have suitable captions. All photos are valuable in illustrating the topic.
7. Overall assessment. A finely written article, this article meets all GA requirements.

Lead

  • "... and all of the highway is listed on the National Highway System." - Why not use the line in the article. "The entire length of U.S. Route 30 in Indiana is included in the National Highway System (NHS)."
  • "Various sections are rural four-lane highway and urbanized four-lane divided expressway." - conflicting singular and plural usage, maybe this is what you are after? Should use the six-lane spots in the lead, seemed an important point in the article. "The highway includes four-lane, rural sections, an urbanized, four-lane divided expressway, and several high-traffic, six-lane areas."
  • I would use the singular "Realignment", due to its relationship to the plural word "projects".

Route description

  • "US 30 runs along the northside of Plymouth, passing through an interchange with the northern terminus of SR 17 and near the Plymouth Municipal Municipal Airport." - northside = north side, and Municipal is repeated.
  • "At the diamond interchange with I-69, US 33 runs south on I-69, while US 30 continues north onto the interstate, concurrent with both I-69 and US 24;" - area lined out sounds redundant.
  • "In 2010, INDOT figured that lowest traffic levels were 10,870 vehicles and 4,750 commercial vehicles used the highway daily between US 31 and SR 331. The peak traffic volumes were 69,280 vehicles and 12,660 commercial vehicles AADT along the section of US 30 at is concurrent with I-69, between the Lima Road and Coldwater Road exits in Fort Wayne" - Is this what you meant? "In 2010, INDOT figures indicated that 10,870 vehicles and 4,750 commercial vehicles used the highway daily between US 31 and SR 331. The peak traffic volumes were 69,280 vehicles and 12,660 commercial vehicles AADT along the section of US 30 that is concurrent with I-69, between the Lima Road and Coldwater Road exits in Fort Wayne."
@Red Phoenix, Just a couple of small items, northside is two words, together they make a noun; and "...12,660 commercial vehicles AADT along the section of US 30 at is concurrent with I-69," - the word that is in bold changed to aht.Neonblak talk - 22:35, 5 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

History

@Neonblak: ... now that's bizarre. I did have those fixed; I think VisualEditor is acting up. It's done so as well when I've been working on my latest FAC as well. In any case, I went ahead and fixed these by going into the source and editing it, so that should ensure it's fixed and stays that way this time. That IS weird, technology is great, but sometimes very frustrating ! Hopefully, the kinks will worked out on that program. This article is good to go, so I will pass it now, thanks again for your time and effort. Neonblak talk - 11:53, 6 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • "In the early 1920s, the Lincoln Highway was moved farther south between Valparaiso and Fort Wayne,..." - Maybe I missed it, but since it wasn't moved south previously, I don't think you need the word farther inserted in there. It was just moved south.
