GA review (see here for criteria)

  1. It is reasonably well written.
    a (prose): b (MoS):
    • The sentences "Running through Omer, the highway crosses the Pine River,[3][6] crosses a line of the Lake State Railway,[7] and turns due east." and "Oscoda is the location of the eastern termini of both the River Road National Scenic Byway, County Road F-41, the mouth of the Au Sable River and the former Wurtsmith Air Force Base." need to be reworded.
    • The beginning of the sentence "The highway leaves down and runs through rural woodlands to the south shore of Long Lake, where it curves around the eastern side of the lake." also sounds awkward.
    • "Approved in 1974, construction started in October 1979", perhaps expand on what the construction was intended to do.
    • The sentence "Such an extension, if built, will connect US 23 at Baldwin Road, cross Fenton and Cook roads and tie into the southern end of I-475 on the southeast side of Flint" is too wordy.
  2. It is factually accurate and verifiable.
a (references): b (citations to reliable sources): c (OR):
  3. It is broad in its coverage.
    a (major aspects): b (focused):
"It also passes the state park in the latter community.", what is the name of the state park?

    Fair representation without bias:
  5. It is stable.
    No edit wars, etc.:
  6. It is illustrated by images, where possible and appropriate.
a (images are tagged and non-free images have fair use rationales): b (appropriate use with suitable captions):
  7. Overall:
    Pass/Fail:
