US MARIJUANA PARTY

There needs to be a couple issues updated on here.

1. Add Cris Ericson of Vermont into State chapters. Her website is www.crisericson.wordpress.com

2. Richard Rawlings deceased 2013. William Chengelis deceased 2023.

Please don't erase them just mark deceased. These two were founding members and that could be added.

3. Maryland's Chris Hirsch needs deletion.
