Quantity

[edit]

I know I'm drunk right now, but... "...a small 40 cl glass of vodka is dropped into the larger half-litre beer glass..." umm... 40 cl is 400 mL and half a liter is 500 mL so I don't think a 40 cl glass is "small" per se... perhaps that should be revised to "4 cl" or "40 ml" but without referring to any outside sources I am loathe to make the change. I'll leave it to you, humble reader.

Corrected that mistake. Mieciu K 14:46, 15 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Linux

[edit]

Linux Uboot anybody????

Are you just being silly, or is there a linux-related command or program that should be disambiguated? Also, please remember to sign your messages using four tildes (~~~~). Thanks! --Willscrlt 11:02, 28 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
There was also an old "social networking" site back in 1999/2000 called uboot. It even had adverts on TV! wouldn't see Myspace doing that.82.153.230.147 (talk) 13:27, 27 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Polish?

[edit]

Is it originally Polish? The version I first heard about was made with Bavarish beer and [8Jägermeister]]. // Liftarn

I know it also as a German Drink. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 92.116.149.224 (talk) 19:18, 24 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I know it also as nice German Drink, also the fact that Uboot (short for Unterseeboot[engl. Underseaboat]) is a german word underlines that, so i added that 87.159.162.202 (talk) 21:58, 24 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Still i seriously don't know how this is relevant to German Beer culture —Preceding unsigned comment added by 88.67.213.234 (talk) 19:29, 5 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
