[edit]Hello,
I posted this article, and it is my first such effort. My primary reference is my personal experience: I have visited this cave over 10 times and lived for many years in the vicinity of this cave. I don't personally view this as 'original Reaearch' 'OR'...I am but one of probably thousands of people who know of, and have visited, this cave. Please respond with your good guidance on how this article may be improved. Stephenbenning 17:23, 8 July 2007 (UTC)Steve Benning
Category: Wild caves
[edit]Hello to the person who added TyToona to the list 'Wild Caves': TyToona is open to the general public to explore at their own risk provided they follow all the posted rules of the NSS chapter that owns and manages this preserve. I deleted this link from the TyToona page and added the category links 'List of caves in the United States' and 'Caves of Pennsylvania' If my perception of the definition of 'Wild Caves' is wrong, please let me know. I based my interpretation based on the definition found at the top of the 'Wild Caves' category page. Stephenbenning 01:39, 16 July 2007 (UTC)
Based on your description and the text of the article, Category: Wild caves is appropriate as opposed to Category: Show caves. Wild caves are basically those caves which have few or nor provisions for making it easy for the general public to attend; not whether they are open or not. WTucker 17:32, 17 July 2007 (UTC)
Capitalization?
[edit]I don't think that the second "t" should be capitalized in the title. Somebody should change that. Ems24 (talk) 05:18, 7 February 2010 (UTC)
Removing templates
[edit]I've made some edits to this page, and I think I've provided sufficient research, links, etc. to get rid of the "original research" category, so that's what I did. I also dumped the one (sorry for the lack of technical terminology) about "this article needs cleaned up..." since I think I've improved it a bit. Of course, I'm still a relatively new editor, so if I've made a mistake in removing these, feel free to put them back and yell at me. Thanks! -- Uskglass42 (talk) 02:50, 10 July 2010 (UTC)
