"of rice were wiped away" I can't check the source, but did floodwaters actually remove the rice from the land?

"769 people were killed and 128 were reported missing while 200 were wounded" I think this would read better as just "769 people were killed, 128 were reported missing, and 200 were wounded"

Capitalize the "hunter" on Hurricane Hunter. Additionally, I would either remove plane or aircraft from that sentence.
