I doubt if the comment 'it is a shit hole' is really that appropriate. I know Tylorstown well enough to know that the people who live the, enjoy living there (e.g. my Dad). Wouldn't want to live there myself though. Dcutter 15:23, 1 February 2007 (UTC)
I think the entry is extremely negative and one-sided. Tylorstown has a sports centre, swimming pool, concert hall, cinema and rugby team. We have a new junior school. We also have a small supermarket (Lidl) and beautiful valley views. Like everywhere else, there are problems in the area, but most people live their whole life here very happily. Now the oil is getting pricey, maybe they'll open the mines again and people will have work in the mines which provided so much work and prosperity as before.
