Vocalization misspelled

[edit]

'A type of bird vocalisation' change to 'A type of bird vocalization'

Not done: It isn't misspelled; it is spelled in the British English way. The policy is to leave it be unless the article has an existing practice of using one or the other or if the subject of the article is strongly related to one nation. Thanks, Celestra (talk) 19:35, 18 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Done (E/c) See Wikipedia:Manual of Style#National varieties of English & American and British English spelling differences. It was not misspelled, it was correct British English; the target article and its title use American spellings, have since their creation, and have no stronger national ties to either, so I've reformatted the link to avoid the redirect. Move request

[edit]

I think that this page should be moved to Tweet (disambiguation) and Tweet moved to Twitter. Tweeted redirects to Twitter, so it doesn’t make much sense for Tweet not redirecting to Twitter, as well (why does the past tense form redirect to Twitter but not the present form?).

An administrator has to move the page, because the Tweet (disambiguation) page already exists.

Not done: it's not clear what changes you want to be made. Please mention the specific changes in a "change X to Y" format and provide a reliable source if appropriate. L293D ( • ) 18:45, 28 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
