Copy from Turriff East, Victoria

Someone started to create this article with a copy of the text (rather than the wikicode) of Turriff East, Victoria. I replaced that with a copy of the wikicode, removing the coordinates and the surrounding towns. The original creator had made change (which I kept); so I assumed that they had made any necessary changes such as shire. But when I looked up the coordinates in Google maps, they seem to be 35°27′00″S 142°21′40"E, which would put the town in the next shire west.
