Professional organizations
[edit]I have added professional organizations, but I am not sure if that is ok with the wikki guidelines, please tell me if an edit is necessary. I believe that they should be meantioned, since they mainly drive and bundle the industries developments. —Marksman3 (talk) 15:04, 8 March 2010 (UTC)
Peer Review
[edit]Hi, I want to give a short peer review which is based on this article. First I have to say that this is a very interesting and informative article. The article is well structured and easy to read. I think this topic will become more and more important in the future. Therefore it`s very useful to learn more about it.
There are some things which will be interesting for this article, therefore I have prepared a „nice-to-know-list“:
- It will be interesting to know more about the Model of Jim Mayer. Maybe there is someone who is an expert in this topic. If it is so, please let us know more about this model and its stages.
- Another interesting thing would be to know what the advantages or disadvantages or problems on each Model are.
- Maybe you can list some companies which have or had a turnover. Or maybe you can show some companies which had a „failed“turnaround.
And of course it is important to say that there is no perfect model or one perfect strategy to turnaround companies, because each case is unique and so each turnaround will be unique too. Kind regards Fatima-samira (talk) 21:11, 14 July 2011 (UTC)
Suggested Section
[edit]It would be helpful to add a section about certification as a turnaround professional. Turnaround Management Association, a non-profit global organization, offers two certifications: Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP) and Certified Turnaround Analyst (CTA).

- Hello Angiegmyers, please do not add promotional links to your organization's website and make sure to read WP:COI about editing with a conflict of interest. If your organization has been covered by independent reliable sources in some detail, it might be possible to add a brief mention here as well. But Wikipedia is not a link directory, so we generally don't add links to providers, related organizations or other external websites just for the sake of listing them (see also WP:EL). With a few exceptions, information needs to be based on uninvolved sources. GermanJoe (talk) 15:58, 12 August 2019 (UTC)
