Note
[edit]This article seems to be non-notable. The company in question seems to have very little presence in the enterprise and its press releases on its website do not indicate that they are a major player in the virtualization market. The listed "industry recognitions" do little to address this issue because they appear generally to be meaningless recognitions. The style of the page heavily indicates that it was written by someone affiliated with the company as it gives little technical detail and a lot of buzzwords. Notability
[edit]VMTurbo was recently voted #344 out of 5000 in the INC 5000 list of fastest growing private companies: http://www.inc.com/profile/vmturbo with a revenue growth of 1,367% over 3 years. (Gregorydunn (talk) 22:27, 1 August 2016 (UTC))
- If you work for the company or own a stake in it, you are required to admit it. It is rather obvious so just go ahead and do that now. Tell us how you are connected. Dream Focus 16:14, 6 August 2016 (UTC)
- I am the Senior Web Developer at VMTurbo. I would have stated this sooner but was not aware of the rule. I will be fully transparent moving forward with my affiliation with the company Gregorydunn (talk) 15:27, 8 August 2016 (UTC).
I see they were also voted No.1 for virtualisation management by an industry magazine (pdf report). I've added it to the article -- HighKing++ 17:47, 7 August 2016 (UTC)
Link farm
[edit]I can't tell is company notable or not but maybe 80% of the article are links to some external sites. I'm going to fix that. — Preceding unsigned comment added by NISMO1968 (talk • contribs) 17:13, 27 August 2016 (UTC)
Name changed
[edit]I moved the article, changed the web site, but I don't care enough to change the pretty picture to the new heartbeat turbonomic image-thing.Shajure (talk) 04:53, 19 September 2016 (UTC)
Just as an FYI, you don't need to put the , Inc. in the name (see, for example The Walt Disney Company). There are companies that are known with the , Inc. but they are ... uncommon.Shajure (talk) 04:57, 19 September 2016 (UTC)
US-centric view of the world
[edit]The millions of Americans who don't live in the US are generally quite aware that many US residents style themselves as "America", with everyone else in the Americas being "in their back yard".Shajure (talk) 07:09, 20 June 2021 (UTC)
