Almost done building this page -- need to do a bit more work in a few hours (moving my drafted copy over). Please bear with me as I get the last bits live. :) Next step will be to migrate the OB10 page over to here, as that company was absorbed by Tungsten Networks. It would be helpful in the article to know what value Tungsten add to business processes. For instance, we generate an invoice, Tungsten modify it and it goes to our customer. We have to pay Tungsten for this and our customer insists on being invoiced in this way. It doesn't cost our customer anything. We could send the invoice in PDF format direct to the customer but it has to go through Tungsten. What value are Tungsten adding? It's costing us and we don't see any benefit.
