[edit]Would it be useful or gratuitous to include a non-explicit screen shot of the video in the infobox? Would this media be considered in the public domain? Would it be more helpful to include a map of the location of the massacre? Input appreciated. --Iamozy (talk) 13:55, 13 May 2016 (UTC)
Chechclear video
[edit]Chechclear was redirected to this page by Iamozy. Just clarifying that there are two videos in circulation with that title from the Chechen Wars. The video of this massacre is latter of the two sometimes labelled "Chechclear 2" and is of a mass beheading. The better known of the two is of a single soldier being beheaded who remains unidentified. See discussion at Talk:Yevgeny Rodionov#Video, with whom the sole soldier has been misidentified with. Poor transliteration in name and edi warring by "michael"
[edit]The article name should be "Tuhchar massacre" and user "michael" should immediately stop maliciously edit warring the page to a worse version. Leetinkoy (talk) 05:59, 11 November 2022 (UTC)
- My edits were in no way malicious. I recommend you read WP:AGF. You were the one that decided to move the page without proper discussion. You were the one that decided to change the spelling, despite the letter being transliterated as "kh" just about everywhere it is written. The letter is being transliterated from Russian, so it should follow the conventions for the transliteration of the Russian language. And if you are going to publicly complain about me, please do at least tag me so I have the opportunity to respond. Michael60634 (talk) 08:39, 17 November 2022 (UTC)
