Assessin

[edit]

I am assessing this article that I worked on, with the understanding that someone else should be assessing it; that hasn’t been happening with Wikiproject Musical instruments of late. It was given start class, which I agree with. I am rating it high importance as "notable within a particular continent...Musical instrument articles that are extremely important to the understanding of the subject, such as major instrument classes." The instrument is used internationally across many boundaries, and is a major instrument class. Is you disagree, please talk to me and change the importance. • An Introduction to the Major Instruments and Forms of Traditional Malay Music, Patricia Matusky, Asian Music, Vol. 16, No. 2 (Spring - Summer, 1985), pp. 121-182 (62 pages)
