Proposed merge with East Tsim Sha Tsui Station
[edit]- The following discussion is closed. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section. A summary of the conclusions reached follows.
- No consensus to merge. Cobblet (talk) 08:15, 14 May 2015 (UTC)
This is an interchange station, and thus the stations are part of one station complex and can be described within one article. Epicgenius (talk) 23:14, 23 March 2014 (UTC)
- Let's refer to Central Station and Hong Kong Station. They are also in one station complex. However, they are literally different stations. Mark Antony (discussion) 10:15, 24 May 2014 (UTC)
- @Epicgenius: Oppose per User:Good afternoon's argument; also, they are still separated by faregates unlike Central/Hong Kong. Jc86035 (talk • contributions) 10:58, 5 July 2014 (UTC)
- @Jc86035 and Good afternoon: The stations linked in List of New York City Subway transfer stations consist of many different stations on different lines that were connected to begin with (or built by different companies, then connected later). Unless I am wrong (as I have never been to the station before), I think this is similar to the connection between Lexington Avenue – 63rd Street (63rd Street Lines) and Lexington Avenue / 59th Street (New York City Subway) (both have separate faregates and consist of two stations each, but one can walk between them and get a free farecard transfer).
