Oppose. This is basically a WP:TWODABS situation, and the play article gets 73% of pageviews of the two articles called "Trying". Attempt is an article on a specific crime, not the general usage word, because WP is WP:NOTADICTIONARY. Status quo, with hatnotes, works best. Dohn joe (talk) 15:26, 29 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
