"The Tiger"?

The section about "The Tiger" was added in this edit with not a single citation. A GS for "truman the tiger masturbating missouri" brings up no relevant results except for the Wikipedia page, its mirrors, and this blog post. While it does seem to be written by someone in the know, he does not say where he got the information from. The blog post could not have been copied from the article and vice versa, as the information they list does not match. Anyone have a source for either of their claims?
