Low-density quarter acre block development?

[edit]

I would challenge this. A quick look at available land on realestate.com.au reveals an average of 500m2 or less, which is actually one-eighth of an acre. Allura estate is currently selling land the size of 350m2, or roughly halfway between an eleventh-acre and a twelfth acre. The days of a quarter-acre Australian Dream home are gone forever, at least in this part of Melbourne. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 149.144.113.22 (talk) 01:31, 28 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
