Merger?

We have two separate pages regarding Southend Corporation Transport, Southend-on-Sea Corporation Tramways and Trolleybuses in Southend-on-Sea (plus a small mention on the Arriva Southend page). Should one if these pages be merged into the other and renamed Southend Corporation Transport? Neither page is very big, and relate to services provided by Southend Corporation.
