Tredgard connections
[edit]I see that the McDonald paper makes reference to Captain Richard Ledgard as at Poole 1775-1778 and then absent for some years (p.211); those years coincide with LR's references to him as master of the 1773 Triumvirate during c1778-1783; LR also shows she was hired as a naval transport at least from time to time - see also [1] and [[2], references to Admiralty letters in March and May 1779 respectively. - Davidships (talk) 07:50, 3 March 2023 (UTC)
