This statement is plainly untrue, and has been ridiculous for at least fifteen years: "The TR3A, despite being almost 50 years old, is still competitive in the E-Production class of SCCA (Sports Car Club of America)." Perhaps someone should instead write a statement about where TR3A still DO race, which is in "vintage racing" events sanctioned by organizations such as SVRA (Sportscar Vintage Racing Association). —Preceding unsigned comment added by 184.96.32.183 (talk) 00:24, 19 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Propsal to combine this article with the Triumph TR3 article

Given that the “TR3A” was little more than a facelifted TR3, and that “TR3A” was not an official designation anyway, I propose that this article be combined with the Triumph TR3 article. GTHO (talk) 03:25, 25 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
