Something wrong with it... Why are they unique? I see that they can be shifted in one direction by equal distances. --Infovarius (talk) 12:53, 19 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

If you do that, the three points on the triangle sides will still trisect the perimeter, but they won't form lines that all meet in a single point within the triangle. —David Eppstein (talk)
