A dingo by any other name
[edit]It seems unclear about whether the dingo is Canis lupus or Canis familiarus or something seperate; I don't think there's any question about Buteo jamaicensis borealis being Buteo jamaicensis so I plugged it in instead. It's inartistic, since it means both of the examples are birds, but I had a birdbook handy. Candle-ends 04:11, 12 March 2006 (UTC)
Should this be merged with Trinomial Nomenclature?

- Consensus to merge to Trinomial nomenclature. Any further merge proposal should be made by tagging the relevant pages in the usual manner. Felix QW (talk) 16:38, 26 May 2022 (UTC)
Both articles are pretty short, and the topics are pretty similar. 72.26.65.244 (talk) 04:56, 5 November 2009 (UTC)

Agree/Support. Frankly, this should all be just a paragraph under a higher topic (eg. binomial nomenclature) anyways. Loopy30 (talk) 18:51, 10 May 2017 (UTC)
