[edit]that word does not describe what the character meant to the story. I took it out. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 96.42.144.131 (talk) 04:01, 6 July 2012 (UTC)
Mess
[edit]This article was kind of a mess. I thinned out most of the plot summary, leaving only what I hope are the most relevant parts. I also added a section about appearences in games, etc, but my knowledge of that is minimal so it'd be great if somebody could add to it. Ebolamunkee (talk) 20:25, 24 December 2007 (UTC)
It's hard for me to pick my favorite of the three central characters, but if I had to pick, Trinity would be it. There's just something about a beautiful woman that can kick your ass. It doesn't hurt that my SO has a remarkable likeness to her (see my User page picture). I fleshed out this article back in April or so. Spencerian 17:48, 29 July 2005 (UTC)
--- Trinity isn't told that she would fall in love with a "dead man" as the article states. This is a common mistake among many viewers. The line is,
"The Oracle told me that I would fall in love, and that that man...the man that I loved would be the One."
Check the DVD subtitles yourself. Anyhoo, the article should be changed. ---
Plot summary
[edit]This article is nothing but an extended plot summary of the Matrix trilogy, which is not encyclopedic material. Please improve it or I'll simply redirect it to the Matrix series.

I've made a simple revert, "six months" was correct, in the fiction 6 months pass (approx.) from the end of the first movie to the beginning of the second

Fair use rationale for Image:Trinityfall.jpg
[edit]Image:Trinityfall.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Origin of the name Trinity
[edit]Have read more than once that the name Trinity stems from the famous workstation synth Korg Trinity. Also there are other synth references in the Matrix series, such as Morpheus - E-mu Morpheus, Matrix itself - Oberheim Matrix. All these synths were legendary among electronic musicians when the first Matrix film was launched. Although I failed to find anywhere that the creators of the plot would actually confirm this, this is clearly more than mere coincidence and I think this synth name thing is worth mentioning in the article. Here it is also discussed if any prooflink is required http://www.matrixkennels.com/matrix_symbolism.htm 217.170.94.18 (talk) 13:06, 1 December 2012 (UTC)
