Advice
[edit]I would appreciate any advice that could be given in order to improve the quality of the article, particularly regarding to use of diagrams Kfh123 (talk) 08:13, 1 August 2012 (UTC)
- This article is really beginning to shape up nicely! I would be tempted to put the clinical effects information into the sections describing each of the exemplar proteins. In general Wikipedia articles should not contain too many tables listing every aspect of the subject (unless its a list article). Alexbateman (talk) 16:44, 13 August 2012 (UTC)
- I have just updated all the references, because the URL provided used the NCBI engine to retrieve fulltext URLs. URLs were removed where the fulltext is not free. One reference seems to have been broken, and I've replaced it with {{citation needed}} temporarily.
- In general, I am concerned that all the sources are primary research studies. In an ideal world, encyclopedia articles should be sourced to secondary sources (see WP:MEDRS for background). This may be difficult if this is an area of research where no reviews/textbooks are extant yet. JFW | T@lk 19:00, 14 August 2012 (UTC)
