@Anirvan: as the creator and primary editor of this page, could you comment on the subject's notability? As it stands, citations are either to the Tri-City Voice itself (not independent), or to primary-source documents of legal proceedings concerning the publication in the city of Fremont (not a secondary source, not really in depth). Searching prominent Bay Area publications for mentions of the subject didn't turn up anything other than press releases from Ohlone College (not in-depth; routine coverage) Thus, at this time it doesn't appear to meet WP:GNG or WP:NNEWSPAPER. signed, Rosguilltalk19:02, 20 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I added more information on notability — a recent award received, and the fact that it's being archived by Princeton University for notable coverage of African American issues. So looking at the specific criteria for newspaper notability, the subject of the article seems to match criteria 1, 3, and 5. --Anirvan (talk) 19:30, 21 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
