• Remove "acting" from "provided the voice acting"
• "based Trevor's appearance on Ogg"..... I think you should specify that this is Ogg's physical appearance, otherwise some readers might think it refers to his fashion style or something
• "Trevor is described by Dan Houser, co-writer of Grand Theft Auto V, as purely driven by desire and resentment" → "Grand Theft Auto V co-writer Dan Houser described Trevor as purely driven by desire and resentment"
• "one of the most polemic characters in video game history"..... controversial would be a better word
• "twisted" in "his twisted personality and violent actions" is POV, try "his violent personality and actions"
• "has also praised for fitting"..... missing "been" after "also"
• "that would actually execute popular player actions, such as murder and violence"..... willingly execute would be better

• I realize this is an interview, but Buzzfeed (ref#5) is not the ideal source. Replace with different link to interview if possible.

• Given the nominations Steven Ogg and Trevor received, let's mention who won the awards they were nominated for.

• The photo caption is quite lengthy, keep it to something simple like "The mission 'By the Book' was criticized for Trevor using torture methods such as waterboarding to interrogate a man"
• "The mission 'By the Book' from Grand Theft Auto V generated controversy from reviewers and commentators for its depiction of torture"..... keep it simple, the mission was criticized for its depiction of torture
• How is "Quarter to Three" (ref#51) a reliable source?

Sorry, but I'm failing- this article needs copyediting and more references before it is ready for GA status. As a general note, the end of each paragraph should be cited. Better luck next time.

Took care of everything you mentioned, except for Quarter to Three, which was proved to be reliable on Grand Theft Auto V's feature article discussion, and more input from Ogg, because there isn't anything else to add, as all our references have been exhausted.
