Is this "Zonolite"?
[edit]I noticed the Libby, MT "see also", and remembered that the mine where "zonolite" came from was unique to Montana - this looks like the same stuff, maybe it's slightly different though; Zonolite, which I guess was a brand name as it was on the bags, was a popular insulation material in construction in the 1960s; we used to virtually roll around in it in our house's crawlspace....apparently it's highly carcinogenic....I'm still alive 40-some-odd years later, though....Skookum1 (talk) 02:35, 15 November 2008 (UTC)
