TBR illustration
[edit]I'm not sure that the TBR illustration is correct: shouldn't the two bisected parts still define a split of the tree after reconnection ? --194.210.248.77 (talk) 15:54, 5 July 2011 (UTC)
NNI illustration
[edit]The NNI illustration is not correct. At least to my eye, the lower-right tree actually changes the color of one of the subtrees after an NNI.
Also as an illustration of which subtrees move during an NNI, this illustration really sucks. It leaves it up to the poor reader to figure out what has changed from one tree to another. This should be explicitly indicated with arrows showing which subtrees got swapped each case.
