Rewrite
[edit]I've rewritten the article. It seems it was adjusted without close adherence to the sources. These sources say that Westarctica was (maybe) abandoned as a micronation in 2006, but was restarted as a non-profit sometime later. The LA Mag source barely mentioned Westarctica, but extensively profiled his 'current' micronation, Calsahara. It's easy to tip-over into trivia for an article like this, but as long as the article sticks to sources, I think WP:NBIO is barely met.
