Sabre Corporation again a publicly traded company
In the first paragraph, Sabre Holdings Corporation is still shown that it **was** a publicly traded company. However, on April 17, 2014, Sabre once again became a public company - holding its IPO, and trading under the symbol "SABR" [1]
So, more correctly, the initial paragraph would simply state: "Travelocity is an online travel agency and wholly owned subsidiary of Sabre Corporation"
