Tuff cuts
[edit]Am I the only paramedic/nurse who's never heard them called "tuff cuts" before reading this article?
- Well, that's hard to say. I'd only heard them called Tuf Cuts, never trauma shears. OwainDavies (about)(talk) edited at 08:46, 13 May 2012 (UTC)

EMT

- Standar issue in an emergency tech's trauma bag in my area. Great for cutting just about anything, including up to 3 layers of denim at a time (but it takes a bit of strength). Can't personally admit to it (for legal reasons and all) but a standard set of trauma shears will cut through a US penny. --Nouniquenames 01:02, 15 October 2012 (UTC)
- And toenails, including big-toe nails. Anthony Appleyard (talk) 15:56, 29 August 2015 (UTC)
