This article has been created as part of a school project analyzing institutional arrangements. We are trying to explore the use and creation of Wiki pages as a public good and the process of organizing. This is a research paper that seemed to have been merely copied into a Wiki format for personal experimentation. Since it's also over 3 years old, I'd suspect that their professor has seen this and has graded them on it. Crimson667 (talk) 16:48, 22 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
