Someone wrote to me that on saturdays there is no public transport in Jerusalem and cars are frowned upon. However, Palestinian buses do operate, so it is possible to go across the border. Is this correct? If so, it would be worth mentioning in the article.
Correct, no buses Friday night until Saturday evening is on the Egged (bus company) website, not sure about other modes of transport. I don't know about going across the border with other companies but details about this would be good to add. Uninspired Username (talk)
Recommend mentioning separate bus systems in introduction
It would be balanced to mention the separate bus networks in the introduction; since they serve different areas it impacts mobility through Jerusalem for bus users. Uninspired Username (talk)
