[edit]The TAG program is intended for community college students helping them ensure a successful transfer to a four year university in California. I am a community college counselor at Skyline College in San Bruno, CA and I constantly receive emails from students asking about the TAG program.
This is not a "hoax" as the comment on my submitted page indicates. It is a valuable resource for students in this difficult economic time when four year universities are turning away students because of a lack of funding.
In addition, this page illuistrates the most essential information that one is looking for when looking up a Transfer Admission Guarantee (TAG). Additional text on other schools such as California State Universities can be added so that it meets the word count requirement.
= history
This program has been around since the 1980s and the requirements have changed over time as has the list of participating UC campuses. It would be great if the history of the program was here instead of just current requirements and campuses. Stivc (talk) 07:04, 15 February 2021 (UTC)
