It sometimes does that, the page was created via the Article Creation Wizard which adds some boilerplate guidance text, it's now been flagged as a possible copyvio of a mirror which also displays that text. I'll mark it as a false positive. Hut 8.521:46, 8 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
