Geneva–Bellegarde Light Rail?

Does anyone know anything about the "Geneve–Bellegarde Light Rail" line (or the "Geneve–Bellegarde light railway)" is referenced here and which opened in 1994?

As far as I can tell, it is discussed nowhere on English-language wikipedia, and mention of it should probably be added to this article, if nothing else.
