[edit]Trader Classified Media is based in Canada, not the Netherlands. (as per the corporate overview on trader.com)
Trader Corporation is not Trader Classified Media
[edit]Please understand that Trader Classified Media does not exist anymore. It was international company with operations in: Canada, France, Spain, Russia, Italy, Poland, Hungary, Croatia etc.
Canadian Yellow Pages Group purchased the Canadian assets of Trader Classified Media and additionally trader.com domain that was previously used as corporate site. I don't know how to do it, but redirection from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trader.com to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trader_Classified_Media should be removed. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 93.141.86.154 (talk) 20:32, 11 March 2010 (UTC)
Is Autotrader.ca the same as autotrader.com
[edit]I havent found anything on the internet saying they are the same company. They have different logos. So it looks like a different company. Is the reason they can have the same name without copyright issues because the com one is American and the ca one is canadian 199.243.248.234 (talk) 16:30, 6 April 2022 (UTC)
- Yes they are separate companies. I'm not too sure about the copyright issue, but I'd assume that them operating in different countries would be a part of it. – BrandonXLF (talk) 18:54, 8 April 2022 (UTC)
