[edit]

This article was created by single purpose account Sancotraces (talk · contribs) who may have a conflict of interest regarding the topic on three Wikipedias: English, French, and German. The en-wiki article remains mostly his, though he stopped editing it a few weeks later. The references are largely primary documents of the European Union.

On Feb. 12, 2009, French user Sancotraces made a test edit in the French sandbox as his first global edit. On March 4, he created his French user page and declared his interest in TRACES[a] and 15 minutes later, he created the French TRACES article. Since then, all of his contributions on French WP have been to that article, or discussing it.

The German TRACES article was created in 2007 by another user from a press release in German. The article had numerous contributors from de-wiki, and Sancotraces made three edits to it starting March 11, 2009, a week after creating the French article. These three edits are his only contributions to de-wiki, the last one adding 22kb to the article, which has largely remained intact since.

Sancotraces created the en-wiki TRACES article as a 1kb stub on March 11, 2009, a few hours before his first edit on the German article, slowly growing it to 23kb. Over the rest of the month, almost all the edits were his, but his last edit was April 1 and since then there have been many other users contributing. Sancotraces has not contributed to WP since April 2, 2009.

  1. ^ I'm a vet and I'm currently interested in the creation of the TRACES data network structure which is used by veterinary health facilities of the European Union..."
