Title/incoming links etc
[edit]The title of this article is such that people looking for information on the TEQ and TEF system for dioxin might not find it and is, in essence incorrect.
I would suggest that the information here would be better placed under the heading of "Toxic Equivalency Factors (Dioxins)"
This page is also indicated under the disambiguation page for the acronym TEQ which is incorrectly given as "Toxic Equivalent" rather than "Toxic Equivalency Quotient".
Sorting out these interconnected articles is well beyond my fledgling skills!
I would also recommend actually inserting a table of the values which can be found here http://www.who.int/ipcs/assessment/tef_update/en/ to both act as a useful reference, and help clarify the meaning of the terms.
