The contents of the Tourist destination page were merged into Tourist attraction on 8 April 2013 and it now redirects there. For the contribution history and old versions of the merged article please see its history.
Support This article consists of little more than a definition. I don't see how this article could be expanded much further, except by listing examples of "tourist destinations"—which would be an exhaustive and arbitrary list. Discussion of specific dynamics of tourist destinations would better go on the respective pages of the cities the destination is associated with. Tourist attraction seems a good "destination" for this article; for a tourist destination is only made notable by the presence of tourist attractions.
