The reason why the Category:Scottish People is red is because Category doesn't exist and besides do you have any sources that Totally Tom are Scottish? Yes Scottish people do exists but what I'm saying there is no category for Scottish People on Wikipedia that's why the link is red. Were is your source saying that Totally Tom is Scottish. You see when you add material to a Wikipedia you need to add a source to provide evidence. Please cut down on the swearing as it's not necessary or called for.
