[edit]It is not possible that he visited Topusko in 1818, as he was born in 1830. Moreover he has never been Tsar. His full title (or better: one of its incarnations) can be found on the linked page so I removed it here. -- WolfgangFaber 01:46, 16 November 2006 (UTC)
