Billboard Top 100

[edit]

As the title suggests, the TOP 100 means that the song is within the...you guessed it, top 100. Do NOT add the "bubbling under" positions. Not only is that incorrect, we have not followed that standard in any other Wikipedia page (related to singles). Vikramsidhu 13:34, 24 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Polish Chart

[edit]

The song is now not available in europe, also in Poland. A source miss, too. Please do not recover the chart over a source. But I'm sure, that the song is able to be realesed first in UK and then Poland after it was realesed in Germany. 18:16, 3 October 2006 (CEST)

comparisons

[edit]

"has the same feel", "lyrics are reminiscent", "The musical structure is similar", "seems like a continuation", come on how many ways to say "it is like" her first song? is there a competition to see how many different ways it can be said? this article needs a re-write.

That's not the only problem. The article is unreferenced and contains unsourced interpretations of the structure ("it is more rhythmically complex") and the music video ("David gets defeated both literally and symbolically"). There are also problems with WP:WEASEL ("Many fans have admitted", "some hinted at the speculation") and general POV problems ("The single's crossover potential makes it appeal to a wider variety of formats"). This article could use some serious revising. —ShadowHalo 05:35, 25 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Unencyclopedic content too. And the External links link to two copies of the video, and a fansite, yet not the official site. It is always the problem with these popular acts, it seems. I just don't have the motivation to make such huge sweeping changes to an article which will probably end up a mess again in a week or so. --Dreaded Walrus 16:52, 31 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Music Video

[edit]

"JoJo is so fed up at this point that she leaves the soccer game."

Did she even go to the soccer game? I don't believe she's ever shown near the field except at the beginning where it looks like she's picking him up, or at least waiting for him, after practice. I think the shots of JoJo singing by her window in her dark tank-top and blue jeans take place *during* the game, that is, she did not attend. She doesn't go in order to decide what she should do regarding the relationship. As the game escalates, so too does her emotion and her resolve to be rid of him (in the bridge of the song).

And I think her not going is the point. She sings about how she wanted him to be there for her more, and he wasn't. So now she turns the tables on him by not being there for him when he asked her to... only she does this in order to leave him.

Factual error in the video, you can't count down the time in a sport where the time is running and you have stoppage time. --chandler 21:06, 26 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Thehighroad-decover.jpg

[edit]

Image:Thehighroad-decover.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
