[edit]It's very strange that the EBU's website doesn't have a profile of Forrester, as it does for all the other top British players. I wonder if it's an oversight or if for some reason he said that he didn't want one. I've managed to fill in his year of birth from his entry in the Official Encyclopaedia, but unfortunately I haven't been able to find out his place of birth, although I'm pretty sure that he's a Yorkshireman.
