NPOV

OK, Wikipedia poobahs, can you wait until this article is even remotely complete before you start marking it with a dozen tags demanding to improve it? I do have evidence for everything that will be posted here. I do mention that there are two books about Muñiz, plus tons of web articles on the guy, and I plan to quote them. I can't care less if the guy is portrayed positively or negatively on an article, I just don't have the time to summarize 85 years of a rather productive life and career in just one session. Chill!
