Vague
[edit]Before jumping into little details such as that Toles draws himself as a doodle, this article should probably establish the fact of the name of his strip. It's self-titled, therefore it's Tom Toles by Tom Toles... if I'm not being too redundant. If anyone wants a source, it's right there at gocomics.com.
In addition, a quick at least partial bibliography of his work wouldn't hurt anyone. If anyone wants a hint, it's at Amazon.com and anywhere else on the internet.

Ideology?
[edit]Why is the fact that this political cartoonist's ideology is not mentioned in this article at all? The ideology of two-time Pulitzer Prize winner Michael Ramirez is mentioned in the second sentence of his article, for Pete's sake. I'm adding it. PokeHomsar (talk) 01:05, 10 July 2012 (UTC)
For a number of years, Toles' cartoons appeared in US News and World Report. Those cartoons were mostly what would be considered conservative rather than progressive. It would add considerably to the article if that transition from conservative to progressive were mentioned and explained. 50.157.123.237 (talk) 05:04, 19 January 2014 (UTC)KDN
