I believe Tom was born in Houston or Pasadena. Before he started wrestling, I took karate with him, instructed by Bill Gray. He was the assist in the class I took. He actually started wrestling in Houston, Tx. I would go to karate class on Tuesday and see Tom. Then I would go to the Sam Houston Collisum on Friday night to see him wrestle.
