Tom Kim → Tom Kim (doctor) – This individual has received some local media coverage from a few Knoxville-area publications, but his overall notability is definitely less than that of Tom Kim (golfer), who won this year's Wyndham Championship and is now a full member of the PGA Tour. Google results favour the golfer by a landslide.
