[edit]Until a consensus has been established to make a substantial change to the page, it remains in the state that it was in before any controversy arose; in this case, the page has continuously pointed to the city since September 2, 2006. Absent a discussion resulting in consensus to change that, it remains so. In any case, this was a WP:TWODABS page, and can be deleted on sight if the requisite navigation can be performed with a hatnote. Disambiguation pages are merely a navigation device.
